In 2023 the two mills joined forces with Friends of Fort Clinch in donating to support the improvement and maintenance of Fort Clinch State Park. This year we are bringing in even more local manufacturing to include Lignotech Florida to help alongside RYAM and Westrock for the Beach parking projects.

We have a lot in store for the event and volunteers can help with the following:

-Landscaping improvements
-Pressure Washing/Painting
-Invasive Plant Removal
-Display sign installations
-Beach/River clean up

The event will start at 9 am, please inform the ranger station that you are attending the mill day event for free entry to the park. We will meet at the Beach parking lot for a quick introduction and then we are off to the races. At Noon, lunch will be provided at the Beach parking lot where we will provide all of the volunteers with a Friends of Fort Clinch Mill Day shirt.

Family Members are welcome to the event, please RSVP to help provide us with a headcount for Food.

Joining Friends of Fort Clinch is not required, but we highly encourage it to keep up with events at Fort Clinch. Ask any of the FOFC volunteers about the benefits of joining today!
